Steve Klein has accepted the position of Director of Manufacturing for Lauren Windows in Cambridge, Ohio, a division of Lauren International, which is based in New Philadelphia, Ohio.
His responsibilities will include overseeing production, engineering and purchasing activities. Dave Kruse, President of Lauren Windows, made the announcement.
Klein has significant window experience having held previous manufacturing management positions with Pella Corporation in Pella, Iowa, and Windsor Windows in Des Moines, Iowa. Most recently, he served as Plant Manager for American Weatherseal in Orrville, Ohio.
According to Kruse, Klein is committed to the continuous improvement process, Lean Manufacturing techniques and new product development, which are all part of Lauren Windows commitment to providing excellent service and quality products.
