Solvay S.As. Board of Directors decided at their meeting on December 17, 2003 to distribute onJanuary 15, 2004 a net interim dividend of EUR 0.70 per share for the 2003 financial year, i.e. unchanged compared to the interim dividend for the 2002 financial year.
