Solaglas Contracting key project wins - October

October has been another successful month for Solaglas Contracting.

Key wins include:

·       A £1.2m contract from Shepherd Construction comprising curtain walling and windows, brise soleil, glazed roof lights and a fire resistant screen for the new RNIB Vision School and Children’s Home in Coventry.

·       A £370,000 curtain walling and windows contract for the new Adam Smith College in Fife from ROK Build LTD.

·       A £260,000 contract from Morgan Ashurst for the Trinity and All Saints College in Leeds, supplying curtain walling, windows and doors for the new building at the college’s existing campus site.

·       A £150,000 curtain walling and windows project from Laing O’Rourke for the Quartermile student accommodation refurbishment project in Edinburgh.

Solaglas Contracting – a division of Solaglas – operates a national network of five businesses which provide specialist design, manufacturing and installation services for external faade and internal glazing products. Solaglas Contracting is the largest UK-based installer of façades with sales of £51-million in 2008.
