Solaglas Contracting has secured a number of key contract wins in June, including:-· a £690,000 contract from Otis Ltd for lift shaft glazing for Dublin Airport’s new passenger terminal, T2.· a £220,000 windows, doors and curtain walling contract from Carillion for the refurbishment of Block 1 of Cowbridge Comprehensive School in the Vale of Glamorgan.· a £135,000 contract from Sq-m2 ltd for the refurbishment of St Vincent’s House, the offices for The National Gallery, London. Approximately 220 slim line frame, low-E solar control windows will be installed over two floors.· a curtain walling, windows and doors package from Kier worth around £200,000 for the new Townhill Primary School in Hamilton, Lanarkshire. Solaglas Contracting – a division of Solaglas – operates a national network of five businesses which provide specialist design, manufacturing and installation services for external façade and internal glazing products.
Solaglas Contracting is the largest UK-based installer of façades with sales of £51-million in 2008.
