The HOAF SMARTBOX® was specially developed to costeffectively laminate safety glass with EVA, TPU, PVB* and Sentryglas* on a small or entry-level scale. As with all HOAF machinery, this component is a selfcontained modular unit designed for “plug and play” installation.
The versatile HOAF SMARTBOX® is capable of laminating all types of glass, thicknesses and shapes, even products like acryl or polycarbonate. Using different interlayer’s like fabrics, woods and metals presents the freedom to create glass solutions with added value
*A Drying Cabinet for storing PVB is available as an option. In high-humidity areas, a climate controlled layout room is recommended for PVB production. (12% RH AT 18-20°C)
