Şişecam adapts its factory standards to women in order to support their participation in the workforce in all areas of its operations. In addition, Şişecam aims to inspire women in managerial roles with mentoring activities and accelerate the improvement of women's effectiveness with training courses under its "Women Expression" program. Şişecam is committed to boosting the percentage of female employees at the company from 24.2% in 2023 to over 25% in a short period of time.
