Rohm and Haas is utilizing Citibank's innovative business-to-business CitiCommerce.com(TM) solution for this project, which helps customers support their sales processes, distribution networks, delivery tracking, ordering, invoicing and collection systems. In this initial stage of the process, Rohm and Haas is using portions of the CitiCommerce.com solution to automate and integrate its sales, distribution and financial network among its customers, sales representatives and distributors. In later stages, Rohm and Haas intends to add Citibank's Internet-based financing and credit solutions to further improve efficiency and service along its entire value chain.
