Prelco Inc. Acquires Dfi License To Distribute Diamon-Fusion® Nanocoating In Canada

The agreement provides both companies ample co-marketing capabilities along with a distribution network in Canada and North Eastern United States.

Prelco Inc., a 50-year company with a commitment to research and technological development based in Rivere-du-Loup, Quebec, Canada, is a leading manufacturer of specialty glass for architectural design, industrial, and transportation applications. Prelco, an ISO-certified company that employs 450 people with nearly 300,000 SQFT Plant space, manufactures specialty glass products such as tempered, heat soaked, laminated, bent, ceramic frit, silkscreened glass and IG units.
