John Burchill is to be appointed the head of Internal Audit in succession to Derek Corf, reporting directly to group financial director Iain Lough.
The appointment will be effective from April 1 2003 from which date Derek will concentrate on Group projects, including the management of the company's insurance arrangements and the Groups residual property responsibilities.
