Pemco International acquires manufacturer of conductive pastes in Italy

Pemco Emails Srl, the Italian subsidiary of Pemco International (Bruges, Belgium) has acquired Euroinks Srl of Arezzo, Italy with retroactive effect from January 1st 2003.

Euroinks Srl, which will continue to trade under the same name, is a manufacturer of inorganic conductive pastes for automotive glazing, photovoltaic cells and precious metals-based products for decorative purposes.Euroinks employs 15 people and has annual sales of Euro 5 million.

Through this acquisition, Pemco underlines its strategy to become a major international player in the glass enamel market and to invest in new areas of inorganic chemistry with high growth potential and high added value. Pemco’s international organisation and technical resources will allow Euroinks to continue the rapid growth the company has experienced during recent years.
