With the purchase of Vistawall, Oldcastle Glass is now the largest manufacturer of architectural glass and aluminum glazing systems in North America. Oldcastle Glass's current architectural aluminum glazing systems businesses, including Southwest Aluminum Systems in Chandler, Arizona; Fulton Windows in Toronto, Canada; Texas Wall Systems in Dallas, Texas; and National Retail Systems in Austin, Texas; will be integrated with Vistawall. "Our Engineered Products division, with annual sales of more than US$500 million, is positioned for growth from bolt-on acquisitions, investments in state-of-the-art equipment and new manufacturing locations," said Hathaway.
