In this new role, Van Horn will provide both product and manufacturing expertise to new and existing customers.
ADCO, who recently introduced process efficient machinery to complement their quality window assembly products, is pleased to have Van Horn in the field supporting the installation of this equipment while providing technical solutions at all levels of window manufacturing. Prior to this new venture, Bob held the position of WAS sales manager at ADCO for the past eight years and was instrumental in establishing ADCO's position as a top supplier of insulated glass sealants.
ADCO also hired Dave Cooper to fill the position of business development manager for the Window Assembly Systems Group. Cooper will guide the strategic positioning of ADCO's extensive product and equipment offerings to the window manufacturing industry. He will also be responsible for continuing to develop and manage the WAS sales force nationwide.
Before joining ADCO, Cooper was the logistics planner at Wacker Silicones Corporation in Adrian, Mich., for 13 years.
