Mexican glass maker Vitro said on Tuesday it will propose the payment of a 0.30 peso per share cash dividend at an upcoming shareholders meeting, lower than the 0.36 peso paid last year.
Vitro, which makes flat glass for the auto and construction industries, bottles and glassware, said in a newspaper insertion the shareholders meeting will be held in the northern city of Monterrey on March 25.
Vitro shares fell slightly on Tuesday, down 0.07 percent to 13.6 pesos in Mexico. In New York, its American Depositary Receipts were off 1.84
