In order to achieve synergies between the two companies it has now been decided to combine administrative tasks into one organization resulting in that GEDEVELOP will be integrated into Pentronic AB.From now on, relevant order administration with regards to invoicing and shipping will be handled centrally by Pentronic AB, Bergsliden, SE-590 93 Gunnebo, Sweden.The central mail address – info@gedevelop.com – will be answered by Pentronic AB.
Development, service and technical support will, as before, have its base in the GEDEVELOP office in Helsingborg. The marketing and sales of GEDEVELOP’s products (GFM- Glass Flow Meter) will continue under the trade mark GEDEVELOP.
The merger is going to take place with immediate effect though, practically, the integration of activities is expected to have been implemented within the next two months.
