Over the past 18 months, Lisec and SWISSPACER have worked closely with Olympic Glass to develop a bespoke bending machine to meet Olympic’s exact requirements.
The result is perfect SWISSPACER frames in a 40-second cycle time, with enough capacity to feed smoothly into the main production line. The Lisec bender also helps Olympic Glass compete more effectively in the commercial sector, where there is demand for larger frames and greater structural integrity.

We’ve always been very happy with SWISSPACER’s performance which is why we decided to invest in automated production. Demand for energy efficient sealed units has definitely grown and we now use SWISSPACER in 85% of our sealed units.”
