On May 2, a team of LandGlass technicians visited a border post in Jilin. Overcoming harsh climatic conditions at border areas, LandGlass team replaced nearly 30 window panes for the post with LandVac fully tempered vacuum glazing.

Upon successful completion of this project, the outstanding quality of LandVac is highly praised by the station officers and soldiers and greatly contributes to the establishment of LandVac’s reputation among our customers as well as in the industry.

It is understood that the original windows were single pane glazing with aluminum alloy frames with poor thermal insulation.

The air and water sealing of the windows were insufficient in the winter temperature 20℃ below zero. The window pane LandGlass replaced for the post adopts fully tempered vacuum glass with U-value as low as 0.4W/m2·K.

The upscale materials allow the windows performing much better in terms of thermal insulation, noise reduction and resistance against condensation.

Further, LandVac has passed U.S. ATI±7200Pa wind-resistance test, ANSI impact test, SGCC safety glass authentication.

The high strength of LandVac not only can easily handle harsh weather, it is also tough enough to withstand impact from hail or hard objects, proividing extra protection to soldiers.

The successful installation of LandVac on border post buildings indicates that the product is ready for military applications.

We look forward to making more contributions to the national defense construction in the future while receiving global recognition for the superior performance of our high quality LandVac.
