This lantern roof is now available in Opus.

The ultraSky from Ultraframe is a roof lantern system which can be inserted into an existing flat roof to give homeowners a feeling of extra light and space. It is also the perfect solution for a new build traditional orangery or extension.

Introducing the Opus ultraSky...

The ultraSky is a popular choice with homeowners due to the its strong ridge which reduces the need for multiple bars to maximise the amount of glass that allows light to flood into the room. It is traditionally available in either Aluminium or PVC but now, it is also available in Opus.

Opus is our timber clad composite system which features an Aluminium external and hardwood, rich timber on the internal. All our Opus products are manufactured to the highest and most exacting of standards and we carefully source timbers that carry an active environmental accreditation and are fully traceable.

We specify an ash timber to the inside which is available with a natural clear lacquer. Alternatively, we can offer a light or antique finish oak. We are also often asked to match the internal to homeowners skirting and window boards. Opus has a 10-year warranty, yet has a life expectancy well in excess of 25 years.

We are also a member of TRADA (The Timber Research and Development Association) which is a respected trade association for the timber industry.

This installation is at the National Window Systems show-site in Darlington.
