Vitro America is pleased to announce the move to a new facility located in City of Industry, California. This 125,000 square foot operation is 15 miles east of Los Angeles.

The size of this new building will allow Vitro America to consolidate three existing Los Angeles area operations into one large facility.

This will streamline service on distribution and fabricated products, resulting in first class service. A Glass Robots, Super Convection furnace has been installed to provide superior quality HeatPro™ heat-treated glass up to 100” x 180”, with full soft coat capability.

In addition, Vitro America has installed a Lisec insulating line with integrated edge deletion to assure proper sealant adhesion.

WARM EDGE TECHNOLOGY spacers and the option of grey or black silicone sealant are now available. Vitro America is excited about these improvements, and how it will position us to provide superior quality and improved lead times. Of course, a move of this significance is expected to have some challenges.

We have experienced some intermittent problems with our telephone service and we apologize for the inconvenience some customers may have experienced.

We appreciate each and every customer, and wish everyone the best for a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year!
