Ultra strong frames made of SWISSAPCER®
|
The new Roweldo technology is based on bending know-how – however, striking a complete new path.
This new system enables production of highly precise and completely identical results. Especially the tendency to triple-glazing with warm edge points out the complexity of problems with the traditional processing technology. It is extremely difficult to achieve exact, dimensionally stable frames, especially around asymmetric glass panes, clean butyl sealing at the corner region as well as an interior view the customer accepts. This usually highly effects cycle times, not to speak of the handling problems often arising when huge frames have to be produced.
Our Roweldo-system, designed for the SGG Swisspacer® system, solves all these problems. Precisely produced spacer frames with a consistant butyl cord around the corners, an interior view as if corners had been plugged together and easier handling for larger dimensions – no problem for our Roweldo machine to achieve these results at a cycle time of approx. 30 seconds.
