Schenk, leading supplier of inspection and measurement solutions for the thin film solar module production will officially launch the brand new SolarMeasure at the 23rd Photovoltaic Expo in Valencia.



With the new product family, Dr. Schenk extends the product range for the photovoltaic industry with even more innovative solutions for higher yield.



Whereas SolarInspect (available since Q2 2007) is a specialized vision system to detect local irregularities and defects on/in the substrate, the new SolarMeasure products perform electrical and physical measurements. Available as add-on option they are the perfect complementation to the optical inspection and customers will benefit from the one-solution concept. Some of the new products will also be available as stand-alone systems.
