Groupe Janbac Baudin: Last generation of machines demonstrated at Vitrum

At Vitrum 2001 Baudin Janbac Groupe will demonstrate:

- Vertical edger Baudin Type 681 E (last generation). This machine will be exhibited with all options. It can grind and polish flat edges + arrisses so as chamfers from 0 to 60ΓΈ !
Its easy adjustments and quality of work compared to its price, makes it consider as a Best Seller in the glass processing world. Sold worldwide, the 681 E can be definitely seen as Baudin's workhorse. A real nightmare for the Italian manufacturers.

- Automatic double spindle drilling machine Janbac type 2900-120 with pneumatic table 2903 (dimensions 3 000 x 1 500 mm). Manual stops and recycling tank. 70 units of this versatile machine have been sold within 5 years. It is the archetype of the all-jobs drilling machine for glass shops.

- Programmable and manual double spindle drilling machine Janbac type 2800 CN with pneumatic table 2937 P (dimensions 3 000 x 1 500 mm), NC stops, quick changing of drill bits via the new "Drillclick" system. This last born child inside the Janbac range is designed for heavy production, serial drilling as well as for single jobs. This is the only NC drilling machine in the show which can be manually operated top and bottom. The model exhibited will include some loading rollers, recycling tank and the new cross laser positioning device.

- Double spindle drilling machine Janbac type FE for thick and multilaminated glass. This machine can drill automatically up to 55 mm of glass. It is designed for heavy duty, the main target being the safety market. It will be demonstrated with a cross laser positioning device too.
