 Cambridge, Ohio-based Edgetech I.G. is expanding its team with the appointment of New Philadelphia native Ryan Kerch as its marketing assistant.
Kerch will support the marketing and sales departments at both Edgetech and its sister company, LMI. His role will include assisting with layout, design and production of company collateral, as well as support with the planning of trade and industry events.
“We are always excited to add young talent to our team,” said Larry Johnson, executive vice president, Edgetech I.G. “I know our marketing and sales departments will greatly appreciate Ryan’s innovative ideas and fresh thinking.”
Kerch is no stranger to design and production management. He studied graphic design at Buckeye Career Center and continued his education at the Tuscarawas branch of Kent State University, studying computer design and animation. During his studies, Kerch worked at First Stop Signs, Decals & Printing in New Philadelphia. He plans to continue his education to obtain his bachelor’s degree.
Outside of work, Kerch enjoys cars and motorcycles and is the president and founder of Tuscarawas County Sportbikes. Kerch also appreciates the support from his fiancé of four years, Cassie.
