NSG Group Appointment Of Group Finance Director

 With effect from April 2007, NSG established an integrated global Flat Glass business, covering all of the Group's Building Products and Automotive operations worldwide. In September 2007, the Group's Specialty Glass business, comprising the Information Technology and Glass Fiber businesses was also integrated into the new global organization, with the establishment of the new management positions of Group Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) and Group Chief Operating Officer ( COO ).
Continuing this process, the Board of NSG Group today announces the appointment of Mike Powell as Finance Director of NSG Group. Mr. Powell, currently Group Finance Director for Pilkington Group Limited, will assume overall responsibility for all aspects of the work of the NSG Group's Finance function including Corporate, Operational and Business Line Finance. He will be based at NSG Group Corporate Headquarters in Tokyo and will report to Stuart Chambers, Group Chief Operating Officer.
