Chad elected to HCA board of directors

Shareholders of HCA have elected DuPont Chairman and CEO Chad Holliday as a new director of the company.

"I am delighted to welcome Chad Holliday to our board of directors," said Jack Bovender Jr., chairman and CEO of HCA. "His years of experience at DuPont have proven him to be a leader well-grounded in the values that shape HCA. He will be a fantastic addition to our board."

HCA owns and operates approximately 200 hospitals and other healthcare facilities in 24 U.S. states, England and Switzerland.
