With 2007 version SILC, follow machine breakdown

It is essential for the following of a glass plant to know the number and duration of breakdown of the equipment. From now on, 2007 Version of SIL allows you to know the efficiency rate of your equipment. Alarms for lehr, coating treatment, inspection machines or palletizers can then be connected to the SIL.

From any SILC workstation, you visualize at one glance the equipment stopped and can warn your Maintenance or Quality Department. .

With the increase in production machine speeds, the multiplicity of inspection equipment and the light weight of glassware, glassmakers have to supply their Cold End and Hot End operators with a logistical view of their production lines.

With SILC, you are always aware of what is happening on your lines. SILC is the best tool for your operators because it efficiently reduces their reaction times along the lines. It has been proven that the payback is around 6 months.
