Owens-Illinois announces first quarter earnings conference call

Owens-Illinois, Inc., announced that it expects to issue a news release announcing first quarter 2002 financial results after 5 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, April 23. The company will hold a conference call on Wednesday, April 24, at 8:30 a.m. (Eastern Time) to discuss these financial results.
