A meeting of the board of directors of Borosil Glass (Q, N,C,F)* Works will be held on Jun. 28, 2007 to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the company for the year 2006-07.
The board at the same meeting will consider and approve the annual accounts and audited financial results for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.
Borosil Glass Works announced a good increase in net profits for the quarter ended December 2006. During the quarter, the company saw a 22.67% rise in profits, to Rs 9.20 million from Rs 7.50 million in the same quarter last year.
