Schott: Expansion Of Syringe Manufacturing Capacity®

SCHOTT forma vitrum has tripled its production capacity with glass and polymer syringes in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

The international manufacturer of pharmaceutical packaging has invested around 20 million euros to glass forming, infrastructure, clean rooms and WFI facilities (water for injection purposes).

The new production facilities are based on state-of-the-art technology. In addition, several accompanying measures were taken to further improve the flow of goods and optimize customer service following expansion.
