Pilkington: Gripen contract win
|
Pilkington Aerospace has been selected by Saab-BAe to supply the transparencies for the Jas39 Gripen Fighter Aircraft.
The Gripen has been selected by the airforces of Sweden, South Africa, The Czech Republic and Hungary, representing firm orders for over 200 aircraft - with Saab, confident of more countries following suit.
The Gripen will feature some of the most advanced technology currently available to military aircraft.
