 Rexam, the global consumer packaging company and the world’s leading beverage can maker, confirms that in conformity with the Transparency Directive’s transitional provision 6 we notify the market that Rexam PLC’s capital consists of 583,312,312 ordinary shares of 64 2/7 pence each with voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Rexam PLC under the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
