 Saint-Gobain Vetrotex participated in a seminar targeting Chinese car manufacturers, car parts manufacturers, and university professors to promote the use of SMC/BMC (SMC: Sheet Moulding Compound and BMC: Bulk Moulding Compound) composites in automotive applications.
The seminar, held in Nanjing, China, on Sept. 14-15, was organized by resin manufacturers and co-sponsored by Saint-Gobain Vetrotex.
Saint-Gobain Vetrotex Market Development Manager gave a presentation on the company's glass fiber range for the SMC/RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) process.
