DFI Signs License Agreement In South Africa

Diamon-Fusion International, Inc. (DFI Nanotechnology), global developer and exclusive licensor of the Diamon-Fusion® patented hydrophobic nanotechnology, has signed a license agreement with AT SOLUTIONS Corp., a privately- held South African company. The agreement grants the Cape Town-based company certain exclusive distribution rights on DFI’s proprietary hand-applied nanocoating system along with a sales representation for DFI’s ultra-efficient vapor deposition process for large volumes of application.

AT SOLUTIONS Corp., exclusive distributor of GlassKote in South Africa, provides a national distribution network within the South African Glass Industry with a unique entrepreneur spirit and far-reaching possibilities for added-value products. South Africa is an emerging market with an abundant supply of natural resources; a stock exchange that ranks among the 10 largest in the world and a modern infrastructure supporting an efficient distribution of goods to major urban centers throughout the region. DFI’s patent in South Africa was issued in 2005, valid for a term of 20 years.

DFI’s flagship Diamon-Fusion® patented nanocoating is being distributed to highly reputable companies on a global basis, including industry leaders DuPont, ALCOA, MOEN, Curvet (Italy), Cricursa (Spain), Prelco Group (Canada), Cristacurva (Mexico), among many others.

John de Rooy, Managing Director of AT SOLUTIONS Corp., manifested: “We are truly thrilled to introduce DFI’s nanocoating in South Africa; we feel confident we can develop a new market for DFI by providing such superior (easy-to-clean coating) product to our various local industries.”
