St. Petersburg Based 'Adamant' Buys Russian Glass Package Business From Glaverbel
|
The St-Petersburg-based holding 'Adamant' has bought a Russian glass package business from Belgium's Glaverbel - 7 small-size productions of glass packages and tempered glass all across Russia, including one in Nizhniy Novgorod. The deal worth totaled over EUR20 million. Glaverbel entered the Russian market in 1997 by purchasing Borsk Glass Plant, the producer of automotive and sheet (float) glass.
