Talamoni at Glasstec
|
 Talamoni is an Italian producer company of tools for glass and ceramic works.
It is specialized in the production of hard metal wheels for cutting glass from 10 years.
This one will be the fifth time than we will participate to Gastec fair and this edition the company will present some news in every product line that we have.
We have three product lines:
Automatic cut
Talamoni wheels are in carbide tungsten metal realized with the best sintering technologies.
The manufacturing cycle is strictly controlled in every stroke to guarantee the 2005 automatic cutting line than we presented last year.
To the Gastec fair Talamoni will present this wheel line and a new one special range of wheel produced for optimize the laminated and stratified cutting glass. By using these wheels you can obtain a clear cut without the micro glass scraps. The wheels have been tested on some different cutting tables and the result was optimal.
The company will also present the hard metal wheel 4522. This wheel differs for its dimension and material and enables to carry out open cuts on thick glass, while increasing cutting speed. The CP22 wheel holder needed for the use of the 4522 has been created to be installed on most of the cutting tables present on today’s market.
We made a technical catalogue with all information about our complete cutting line that will be give out with a “special kit for reseller”.

Manual cut
Manual cutting tools included a complete range of dry and oil glass cutters. The dry glass cutters, with ergonomic handle in wood, are produced both with rosettes with 6 stainless steel rollers and one roller in hard metal.
The oil glass cutters can equipped with a plastic or metal handle with large head or narrow head. The manual cutter models are used for different glass thickness or works
Particular supports, suitable for all types of circle cutter, with rosette and special cutting heads for improving manual open cutting are showing on the stand

Cutting Oil
The range of cutting oils supplied by Talamoni has been created to satisfy the different demands. T-OIL3132 is special recommended for to be use with E-low glass
Tools
Vacuum Cup for handling glass –drills – diamond wheels and other products complete the exhibited product range
