3M's great security glass promotion

To highlight just how effective their new security glass is, 3M put a stack of money (only some of it was real, though) inbetween two sheets and mounted the structure outside a bus station. Passers-by were encouraged to try and kick the glass and while some tried, none were successful. As Gizmodo notes, there were some rules on how you could try and break the glass and a security guard was present to make sure those rules were followed. Still, putting a big old display of money out there and asking people to hit and kick it as hard as they could demonstrates real faith in a product, the kind that can't be faked, even by the best ad campaign.
