From the ground up: Libbey Glass warehouse

Shreveporttimes.com reported that last year, the Caddo Industrial Board sold revenue bonds to build the 650,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility. The board will own the facility and lease it to a real estate investment trust that, in turn, will lease it to Libbey Glass. Libbey Glass will use the facility to handle, process and store materials used in its manufacturing plant in Shreveport.
