DuPont declares 390th consecutive dividend
|
 A first quarter common stock dividend of USD 0.35 per share, payable March 14 to stockholders of record February 15. This dividend is the same as that paid in the fourth quarter of 2001. This is the 390th consecutive quarterly dividend since the company's first dividend in the fourth quarter of 1904.
