Terruzzi - The Steam & Vacuum Technologies Company

Terruzzi Fercalx SpA was created from the merger of two companies of the Terruzzi Fercalx Group: Terruzzi Cristoforo Srl and Fercalx SpA, now organized under three divisions:
Terruzzi Division - The Steam & Vacuum Technologies Company
Fercalx Division - The Lime Technologies Company
Terruzzi Foodtech Division - The Food and Confectionery Technologies Company
The company was founded in 1897, and, since then, production has been steadily increasing. Terruzzis headquarters are located in Spirano, near Milan, northern Italy. The company also has a new company-owned facility near its headquarters, which was set up in February 2001.
Terruzzi now has a staff of more than 70 people and provides industrial plants for several applications related to the following fields:
glass chemical lime steel making food pharmaceutical aircraft aerospace pulp & paper rubber quarrying waste treatment.
Company activities are performed on a worldwide basis, meeting the expectations of customers in Europe, America, Far and Middle East. Autoclaves are necessary in the final phase of the manufacturing process of glass such as fire resistant glass, safety glass, bullet proof glass, windshields and so on. Terruzzi autoclaves process gives a finished product under suitable conditions of temperature and pressure, ensuring high transparency, efficiency and quality. Thanks to our new technology, we are now able to supply complete glass lines on a turn-key basis.
