 Profilglass, world leader in the production of aluminium spacer bar and decorative profiles for insulating glass, presents its new series of side welded spacer bar.
This new line of spacer bar offers better guarantees for a longer life of the I.G. units even in case of welding imperfections preventing, by the primary seal, a possible passage of air.
The above mentioned profile is available in the dimensions 5.5, 7.5, 9.5, 11.5, 13.5 and 15.5 in both standard and bendable versions.
In addition to this new product Profilglass recently installed, to complete its completely vertical productive structure, a brand new plant for the wash of all the aluminium coils to be transformed in finished products.
Such plant, in addition to the degreasing devices located in the roll-forming machines, guarantees a product completely free of grease and traces of lubricants which could compromise the adhesion with the sealants for I.G. units in commerce.
