Pellini Products : Current Collection and New

Screenline, the division of Pellini for the manufacture, development and promotion of their exclusively patented magnetically controlled blinds for I.G. units, will be at the Vitrum 2005 exhibition (Pav. 15 – Stand B82). The complete product range will be on display, together with an exciting new innovation.

A brand new motorised blind of exceptional high performance will be on display. Manufactured from high quality materials with the purity of aesthetic appearance coupled with technical excellence the system is particularly suited to prestigious projects.

The motor and micro control unit with encoder is integrated within the blind head-rail and allows simultaneous and synchronized movement of groups of blinds. Glazing of the motorised unit requires no additional installation work. The absence of electric cables, fixing screws etc during unit manufacture coupled with our new ‘clipping' assembly system, guarantees total unit integrity. The internal motor is connected to the external power supply via two specially designed connectors thereby achieving ease, simplicity and speed of unit manufacture. The motor comprises ONLY noble steel components.

The complete product range comprises venetian, pleated and roller blinds for incorporation within 20 / 22 / 24/ 27mm cavities in order to meet most technical and project requirements.

SL20P: By utilising a lateral magnetic device, the drive system can be totally integrated within the window frame which is ideal for product applications in public areas where a simple but safe system of operation is required.
SL20C: The use of the frontal rotational magnet device has almost unlimited application in conventional or structural glazing situations.

SL20S: Designed for use in roof windows for any inclination, the manual system is extremely versatile and is particularly suited to modular applications.
SL27 Roller: The combination of the insulating characteristics of the IG unit together with the shading qualities of an integrated roller blind allow a overall reduction in conventional external shading costs at the same time assuring total product cleanliness. Variation in fabric characteristics can be used to achieve blackout requirements where necessary.

Another news item for release is the Glass-Tend-Glass system which represents a innovative modular solution for horizontal and inclined roofs – a product borne out of collaboration between Pellini S.p.A. and the Glass manufacturer Azzimonti Paolino S.p.A. This particular structure guarantees total protection against infractions and water ingress whilst the motorised integrated magnetic pleated blind allows variable light transmission according to individual requirements.

Screenline have products to suit all applications which are reliable, practical and highly functional. The product range offers a variety of solutions for light and solar control whilst requiring little or no maintenance with a pristine appearance due to the blind's encapsulation within the IG unit.
The dedication that has guided Pellini over the past 30 years has resulted in our leading role as an integral blind manufacturer and constitutes a guarantee of quality assurance and support to all our customers.
