 ITALMATIC PRESSE STAMPI SRL was built in 1966 starting to work in the rubber field and in particular in projecting, building and selling machines and plants for tyre retreading and production.
Our specialization extended to the rubberizing of rolls field with the production of computerized extruders and autoclaves with direct vapour vulcanization and with the recirculation of hot air, complete with an automatic load/unload system.
The above mentioned autoclaves are today set at the top of the worldwide production for their technologic level, high quality and cheapness.
With the experience achieved in decades of activity and testing in various industrial fields, our production of autoclaves extended to other fields like:
- Glass field: the autoclaves are used for tempered/toughened glass lamination. Both curved and flat glass can be treated.
- Aeronautic and Aerospatiale field including the special fields which use the autoclaves for the lamination of light materials, like the carbon fibre, in order to obtain maximum resistance with maximum lightness.
- Car, motorcycle, naval, spots fields which use the autoclaves for the polymerization of the composite materials.
- The impregnation field which uses the autoclaves for processes like drying and impregnation of various materials and components like timber, metals, electrical components, etc.
- Autoclaves for special applications upon request of the customer
Our engineering, organizational and productive ability allowed us to increase our of 4% every year, with a good prevision of improving next year.
The organization of ITALMATIC PRESSE STAMPI SRL, apart from its own technical and productive team, avails itself of the help of external co-operators and connected productive units, with the aim to provide for the production peaks and to warrant the respect of the agreement conditions with the customer.
Eventual technical problems will be promptly solved according to the effective needs of the customer.
ITALMATIC PRESSE STAMPI SRL is certified ISO 9001 and in the specific case everything supplied will be correlated with certification PED and CE.
ITALMATIC PRESSE STAMPI SRL, with the experience acquired in the different industrial fields mentioned above, can supply to his customers the best engineering ability for the elaboration of the projects according to the specification of the customer with particular reference to:
- structural planning to pressure and temperature requested by the customer
- dimensional adaptation of the autoclave to the foreseen load
- thermodynamic planning of the plant to obtain the maximum productivity according to the performances requested by the customer
- dimensional building up to the limit of responsibilities of the single components with following welding and assembling on the place
- study and projecting of personalized system for air recirculation to obtain the best heating transfer, temperature uniformity and excellent total performance
- various system for doors opening, pivot, tweel according to the needs of the department
- supply projecting and installation of all the services necessary to the functioning of the plant like:
pressurization systems with air and production of compounds air-azote directly in the autoclave
Evaporative tower with open and closed circuit
vacuum lines with differentiated and regulated pressure
manual and automatic vacuum lines batteries
check of the static and dynamic vacuum
fixed connecting plant for period certification of the productive cycle.
optimization of the available power sources with the purpose to reduce cycle costs selecting among: diathermic oil, steam, electric and direct combustion.
simple or super-sophisticated managing systems, supervision and statistics.
