Pilkington: Russian visit

 Two Russian trade representatives visited St Helens for a tour of the Greengate float line in January.
Vladimir Razdukhov and Valery Groshikov are both based in London as part of the Russian Federation's permanent trade mission, working to promote business links between Russia and the UK.
"We have had a lot of contact with the delegation over the last two years and this visit was an opportunity to show them what they have been helping with, and to thank them for all the help and advice they have given us," said Julian Barnes, project director for Pilkington's new Moscow float plant.
"Neither of them had ever actually seen a float plant in operation so now they have a better understanding of exactly what we are building in their country. We have invited them both to the launch of the Moscow line later this year."
