Three Visteon plants in Argentina receive ISO 14001 certification
|
Three of Visteon Corporation's plants in Argentina recently received ISO 14001 certification. Environmental management is among Visteon's highest corporate strategies and this achievement demonstrates the corporation's environmental commitment to its customers, as well as the communities in which it operates.
The company that conducted the evaluation was Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. The plants that were evaluated included: Quilmes and Otto Krause, both located in Buenos Aires Province and Rio Grande located in Tierra del Fuego.
"We're very proud to have received ISO 14001 certification and will continue to improve our environmental processes," said Victor Polen, Corporate & Business Director – Visteon Argentinean Operations. "This certification recognizes our environmental efforts at three Visteon plants in Argentina."
