Leading window, door and curtain walling designer, manufacturer and installer CMS Window Systems has partnered with Synseal to become Scotland’s exclusive commercial fabricator for the newly launched WarmCore window system.

Building on the success of WarmCore bi-fold doors, which CMS added to its portfolio 16 months ago, the new WarmCore window system is the ideal complement to its range as it continues to increase its market share in the aluminium, PVCu and timber composite window, door and curtain walling markets.

The deal means housebuilders, architects, specifiers and trade customers will benefit from a consistently high quality product manufactured by CMS, ensuring they get the full benefits of this innovative new system.

The WarmCore window system utilises the same proven technology which underpins its bi-fold doors. Available for casement or tilt and turn windows with a flush sash option that brings the outer frame perfectly level with the opening part of the window, the WarmCore profile delivers the visual appeal of traditional aluminium windows with greater thermal excellence thanks to an enhanced thermal break.

Accommodating a 28mm double glazed unit or a 44mm triple glazed unit, WarmCore windows deliver superb thermal performance in line with Scotland’s progressive Technical Standards, which aim in the long term to lower the country’s overall carbon emissions from buildings whilst ensuring superior build quality. Windows will be available in high quality white and grey (RAL 7106) finishes as standard, with additional colours available on demand.

Synseal’s Group Sales and Marketing Director Andy Jones commented: “we have been working closely with CMS for some time now and have seen them go from strength to strength. It’s absolutely fantastic that we can further enhance the relationship between the two companies by adding the WarmCore window to CMS’s extensive portfolio.

We are extremely happy to be partnering with a high profile, quality orientated company like CMS, and we very much look forward to continuing to build on the already strong relationship that we enjoy with CMS.”

CMS Window Systems Commercial Director Marie McGilly says: “Introducing WarmCore windows to our range opens up an exciting new chapter in our business and we’re delighted to be partnering with Synseal on an exclusive manufacturing basis in Scotland.

Constant innovation and investment in the market’s very best new systems has been at the heart of our success since day one, and WarmCore enables us to continue to set ourselves apart through quality, technical excellence and sustainability.

“We’re looking forward to introducing our current customers to the benefits of WarmCore and also opening the door to new customers and we are confident this new product innovation will be a fantastic addition to the proven aluminium, PVCu and timber composite window options we already provide.”

Operating from its HQ and manufacturing facility at Castlecary near Glasgow and employing around 250 staff, CMS Window Systems designs, manufactures and installs windows, doors and curtain walling for customers across the UK.

The company maintains a competitive advantage by partnering with industry-leading system manufacturers, including Sheerframe, Kawneer and Metal Technology, to ensure it offers a high quality fenestration solution for every type of project.
