Allied Capital Invests $14.5 Million in Anthony, Inc.

Allied Capital Corporation announced that it has provided $5.0 million in second lien debt and $9.5 million in subordinated debt to support the acquisition of Anthony, Inc. by Aurora Capital Group. Anthony, Inc. is a leading U.S. manufacturer of commercial glass refrigerator and freezer doors and components.
"Anthony's position as an industry leader in its core markets, its reputation for quality and customer service, and its long-standing customer relationships provide the company significant competitive advantages," said Jeri Harman, Managing Director of Allied Capital.
