Boots appoints Nigel Rudd as deputy chairman
Britain's leading health and beauty retailer Boots Co Plc said on Monday it had appointed non-executive director Nigel Rudd as deputy chairman. Rudd is currently chairman of British glassmaker Pilkington Plc and non-executive chairman of Kidde Plc, Boots said in a statement.
