GGF Appoints New Regional Executive

The GGF recently appointed Ian Young to the Federation as the new Regional Executive for GGF Ireland Region.

Ian joins the Federation bringing a wealth of experience about the Irish glazing market having worked for many years for Turkington Windows and Conservatories and more recently for Polyframe.His understanding of the region and the market will help to invigorate the Region for the benefit of the glazing sector and the Federation.

Giles Willson, GGF Managing Director commented; “We have been looking for a regional executive for Ireland for a while and with Ian’s skills and broad experience I have no doubt we have made an excellent addition to the GGF team. Ian’s remit will be to look after Members in the region and to actively recruit and promote the GGF to Irish companies not yet in Membership.”

Ian commented "I am delighted to be given this opportunity to work for the Glass and Glazing Federation in Ireland. I look forward to working with the members to maximise their benefits of membership and to communicate to potential members how being a member can give them many competitive advantages in the market.
