Comenza railing systems are known in the architectural sector for its avant-garde design and safety. These railings systems were selected to complete the renovation project of a modern hotel at the Balearic Islands.

The Negresco Beach Hotel is placed in Palma de Mallorca beachfront and thanks to the renovation, now the hotel has become 4 stars. This new condition, will contribute to increase the category of the hotelery offer in the island.

The 350 meters of glass railings systems GlassFit CC-780 and GlassFit SV-1301 which were installed in the balconies and in the hotel rooftop, will allow the guests enjoy the unsurpassable views of Palma’s beach thanks to the uninterrupted and panoramic vision that these systems provide.

In this occasion, the technical office of Comenza has collaborated with the architects of Arquitectura Punta study. They were helped with the technical documentation needed for the project as CAD details, anchoring calculation, loading tests, certificates etc.

The Balearic company Vidrestore, a reference in the installation of glass systems, was in charge of installing GlassFit railings. Moreover, due to the Applus+ certificates given by Comenza, the property has guaranteed all systems follow the regulations of the CTE (Spanish building code).

This project together with others where architects have specified Comenza products like the renovation of Hotel ME Ibiza and Hotel ME Mallorca, reinforces Comenza position as unquestionable leader in glass balustrades and stainless steel railings systems.
