BENTELER delivers high-performance Laminating Line to Brazilglass

Over the last few years, the requirements in glass processing have risen. In addition, the demands vary from customer to customer.

Due to our long experience and the continuous development of our Laminating Lines, we can offer you lines with a state-of-the-art technology, energy-optimized and in a proven quality. 

Brazilglass had these extraordinary requirements. To extend the laminated glass production, Brazilglass was looking for a system that can produce next to Jumbo formats also custom formats fully automatic. Brazilglass quickly decided for cooperation with Benteler Maschinenbau because it is known for its flexible and reliable lines, combined with a high technological know-how. Due to an intense and cooperative partnership, Benteler developed a turnkey system incl. water treatment, HVAC and autoclaves for glass dimensions of 6.0 x 3.21 m which fully meets the requirements of Brazilglass.

With this line Brazilglass is one of few glass processors worldwide, which can produce such a large variety of formats on one line.
