Film Technologies International Inc. (FTI) of St. Petersburg, Fla., has announced that David Fletcher has joined the company as president and member of the board of directors. He will replace Don Wheeler who is retiring from the position of president, but who will remain chairperson of the board, concentrating on strategic matters, according to the company.
Fletcher brings to the company more than 25 years of experience in coating, laminating and metallizing of thin films and papers.
Prior to joining FTI, Fletcher served as president of Bekaert Specialty Films. Additionally, he has previously served as president of the Association of Industrial Metallizers, Coaters and Laminators.
